E. Saylor Ave., near Casey Kassa Coal Co., will be closed to all vehicle traffic at the railroad crossing starting Monday, October 26, 2026 for emergency railroad crossing repairs by Norfolk Southern Railways.
The work is expected to take 3 to 4 days to complete. Please plan alternate routes and expect delays in the area.
